摘要
数控技术的长足进步推动了复杂工件品种的增加,使工件结构日渐趋向复杂化与整体化,加工工艺难度提高,从而对数控加工复杂工件技术提出了更高地要求。文章在分析复杂工件加工技术特点的基础上详细探讨了基于复杂工件特征的数控加工技术,包括复杂工件的工艺规划、加工工序毛坯模型制定与特征简化、数控编程等,期望能为相关同行提供可行性参考资料。
The rapid progress of numerical control technology has promoted the increase of complex workpiece varieties, so that the workpiece structure is becoming more and more complicated and integrated,and the difficulty of processing technology is increased,which puts forward higher requirements for NC machining complex workpiece technology.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of complex workpiece processing technology,this paper discusses the NC machining technology based on the char-acteristics of complex workpiece,including the process planning of complex workpiece, the development of roughing process and the simplification of the process,the programming of the NC,and so on.It is expected to provide feasible reference.
