With the arrival of ＂ Internet ＋＂ era, there are a number of companies relying on the mobile Internet to build a taxi software service platform to achieve information exchange between the passenger and taxi drivers.The paper analyzes ＂supply and demand matching＂ degree of rental car resources at different time and space through the establishment of a reason-able index system model, in which the index system may include taxi total mileage,mileage utilization, vehicle full load rate.
