小型汽油机智能化电子调速系统研究

摘要 随着小型汽油机在农业机械上的广泛应用,对其调速性能的要求也在不断提高。为了满足和提高小型农用动力机械设备的综合技术性能,在小型汽油机上逐步推广使用数字电子调速系统。文章分析了汽油机电子调速器的动态特性,并设计采用了自适应数字PID控制系统,根据汽油机调速过渡过程的要求,设计了一套智能化速度变量调整系统,以全面优化电子调速器的动态响应特性,在提高时调速率值的同时,能及时自动修正超调量,缩短稳态定速时间。试验结果证实:该电子调速系统的综合调速能力优,超调量自适应修正能力强,瞬时定速稳态性能好,整机结构简单成本低,具有较强的推广和应用价值。 With the extensive application of small gasoline engine in agricultural machinery,the requirement of speed perfor-mance is also increasing.In order to meet and improve the comprehensive technical performance of small agricultural power ma-chinery and equipment,digital electronic speed control system is widely promoted in the small gasoline engine.This paper analyzes the dynamic characteristics of gasoline engine electronic governor,and designs an adaptive digital PID control system.According to the requirements of the speed regulation process of gasoline engine,a set of intelligent speed variable adjustment system is designed to optimize the electronic governorofthe dynamic response characteristics,while improving the rate of speed and automatically cor-recting the overshoot in time to shorten the steady-state fixed speed time.The experimental results show that the integrated speed con-trol system has the advantages of excellent integrated speed,excellent overshoot adaptability,good instantaneous steady-state steady-state performance, simple and low cost of the whole structure,which has strong promotion and application value.
