新疆的核桃种植业目前已经形成了一定的规模,南疆的阿克苏核桃远销全国各地,大量的核桃产出对核桃破壳机械的需求很是迫切,但是核桃深加工对核桃整仁的需求很大。而获取核桃整仁常用的方法是人工破壳取整仁,但这样核桃破壳取整仁的劳动量很大,不仅耗时效率低,质量要求也难以保证,而且增加了产品生产的人力成本,不利于核桃深加工产业的发展。要想促进核桃深加工产业的发展,对核桃破壳取整仁机械设备的研发制造很有必要,核桃破壳取整仁装置生产效率高,操作简便易于实现机械化和自动化,有很大的发展空间。
