Overseas high-skilled personnel of mechanical and electrical integration technology professional services is able to serve the construction machinery 野 going out冶 ,who is compound, technical, high-quality talent.Based on the analysis of the status quo of overseas development of construction machinery enterprises in Hunan Province and the demand of overseas high-skilled talents,it is concluded that Hunan Province still lacks a large number of high-skilled overseas talents of mechanical and electrical integration technology.The paper dicusses the training of talents.
