Scientific and rational ideological and political education work can effectively help medical staff to establish the correct values and professional view, so that the hospital is in a clear direction in the reform and development.The arrival of the in-formation age and complex and changeable social situation has brought new opportunities and challenges to the hospital＇s ideo-logical and political education.At the same time . there are some problems.This paper analyzes the problems in the work of ideolog-ical and political education in the information age,and puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems in the work, hoping to contribute to the development of the new era hospital.
