双镜技术在左半结肠癌伴梗阻中的应用研究进展

结直肠癌是消化系统中常见恶性肿瘤,约7%-30%的结直肠癌患者会出现急性肠梗阻,其中约70%的结直肠恶性梗阻位于左半结肠或直肠。近年来,随着肠道金属支架的应用,结直肠癌伴梗阻患者获得较好的疗效。双镜技术具有创伤性小、并发症少、肿瘤一期切除率高、患者耐受性好、术后恢复快等优点,但是双镜技术也有各种不足,而且金属支架置入术后手术时机的选择仍存在争议。本文就双镜技术在左半结肠癌伴梗阻中的应用研究进展展开综述。

Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor in the digestive system,Colorectal cancer with obstruction is a clinical common acute abdominal disease. About 1% -3 0% of the patients with colorectal cancer have acute in-testinal obstruction and about 70% of colorectal malignant obstruction is located in the left half colon or rectum. In re-cent years, with the application of intestinal metal stent, colorectal cancer with obstruction patients could get a better effect. Stent followed by laparoscopic colectomy has less trauma,fewer complications,high rate of one - stage tumor re-section, better tolerance,and fast recovery,etc. However,it alos has some shortcomings,and still controversial. The ap-plication and research progress of stent followed by laparoscopic colectomy technology in the left colon cancer with ob-struction will be discussed in this review.
