摘要
通过对U75V在线热处理尖轨进行在线观测,并对其服役状态下的廓形和伤损特征进行分析,初步探讨了伤损状态与通过总重之间的内在联系。研究表明:U75V在线热处理尖轨的寿命至少为U71Mn热轧尖轨的3.5倍,尖轨伤损的主要形式为顶面磨耗、侧面肥边以及剥离掉块;随着通过总重的增加,U75V在线热处理尖轨的磨耗和肥边均持续增加;曲尖轨的平均磨耗速率高于直尖轨,宽断面高于窄断面;肥边多集中在宽断面位置,窄断面的肥边相对较小且不明显,存在因肥边被磨损而导致肥边面积波动的现象。
Switch rail made of U75V online heat treatment rail was observed in site, prof ile and damage featuresw ere analyzed, and the relationship betw een damage state and carrying gross w eight w as preliminarily discussed. Theresults show that the life of sw itch rail made of U75V online heat treatment rail is at least 3. 5 times of U71M n hotrolled rail. The main damage forms of sw itch rail are w ear in top surface, fat edges on side surface and spalling off.With the increase of carrying gross w eight, w ears and fat edges of sw itch rail made of U75V online heat treatmentrail increase. Average wear rate of curved switch rail is higher than that of straight sw itch rail, and that of wide sectionis higher than that of narrow section. Fat edges concentrate in wide section, and fat edges of narrow section arerelatively small and not obvious. As well as, there is a phenomenon of fat edge area fluctuation which is caused byw earing.
