摘要
为研究荷载作用下CRTS Ⅱ型板式无砟轨道底座板受力性能,在32 m简支梁桥上进行底座板拉压模拟试验。试验结果表明:底座板承受10 000 k N压力时处于弹性变形阶段,加载量等同于现场温度升高约50℃,底座板受压不会发生上拱;底座板承受2 000 k N拉力时,加载量等同于现场温度降低约10℃,底座板产生均匀拉伸,不会产生裂纹。
In order to study the mechanical behavior of CRTS slab ballastless track base plate under load, thetension and compression simulation tests of the base plate were carried out on 32 m simply supported girder bridge.T he test results show that the base plate is in the stage of elastic deformation under the pressure of 10 000 kN,equivalent to the site temperature increase of about 50 ℃, and the base plate will not be on the arch. When the baseplate is subjected to 2 000 kN tension, equivalent to the site temperature decrease of about 10 ℃, the base plate isuniformly stretched without cracking.
