ESWAN评估子宫肌瘤高强度聚焦超声消融术的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析子宫肌瘤高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)术后增强型T_2*加权血管成像(ESWAN)信号的变化,探讨ESWAN的应用价值。方法 HIFU术前、后1 d对子宫肌瘤行常规MRI和ESWAN成像,测量ESWAN参数值并使用配对t检验进行比较。结果子宫肌瘤HIFU术前和术后的幅度值分别为1624.59±53.07和1750.13±39.81,相位值为(0.12×10^(-2)±0.81×10^(-2))Hz和(0.25×10^(-2)±0.10)Hz,R_2*值为(27.69±1.27)Hz和(24.19±1.20)Hz,T_2*值为(34.66±2.07)ms和(36.46±2.14)ms。HIFU术后,幅度值、相位值和T_2*值升高(P=0.04、P=0.91和P=0.45),R_2*值降低(P=0.02)。结论 ESWAN有助于评估子宫肌瘤HIFU术后的组织学变化。 Objective To explore the value of enhanced T_2 star weighted angiography(ESWAN)in the treatment of uterine fibroids with high intensity focus ultrasound(HIFU)by analyzing the changes of ESWAN.Methods Uterine fibroids were detected through pelvic conventional MRI and ESWAN 1 day before and after HIFU operation.Different indexes of ESWAN were measured,and differences were compared with the paired t-test.Results The preoperative and postoperative values of magnitude were 1624.59±53.07 and 1750.13±39.81,phase values were 0.0012±0.0081 Hz and 0.0025±0.1063 Hz,R_2* value were 27.69±1.27 Hz and 24.19±1.20Hz,and T_2* values were 34.66±2.07 ms and 36.46±2.14 ms.After HIFU operation,magnitude value,phase value and T_2* value were higher(P=0.04,P=0.91 and P=0.45),and R_2* value was lower(P=0.019).Conclusions ESWAN can provide more information about histopathologic changes of uterine fibroids after HIFU.
