该文利用AMESim中HCD库对刹车减压阀进行建模仿真。通过对球活门最大开口量、减压弹簧预紧力及减压弹簧刚度三个参数的分析,获得各个参数对刹车减压阀输出压力动态特性的影响规律。为今后刹车减压阀的设计、选择及优化提供有力帮助。

This paper uses the HCD Library of AMESim for modeling and Simulation of the brake pressure reducing valve.Through the analysis of the three parametersof the maximum opening of ball valve, decompressionspring preload and decompression spring stiffness, The influence of various parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the output pressure of the brake pressure reducing valve are obtained.It provides a effective help for the design, choice and optimization of brake pressure reducing valve in the future.
