摘要 物流行业的快速发展,迫切需求对现有物流输送技术的提升和改进。针对物流装卸货常用的升降伸缩输送机在装卸货过程中出现的倾斜、液压回路不同步等问题,对液压缸参数、液压站及液压元器件的参数进行分析并选定相关的型号,同时确定优化好的液压缸的尺寸,在此基础上设计液压回路,实现伸缩机同步升降的功能,以满足现场工况需求,达到安全、快速装卸货的目的。 The rapid development of the logistics industry, driven by the development and improvement of logistics and transportation equipment. The telescopic conveyor which is commonly used in loading and unloading in the process of loading and unloading prone to tilt phenomenon, the hydraulic circuit is not synchronized and other issues, the safety of cargo rotation and efficiency have a great impact. In this paper, according to the actual work of lifting equipment, parameters of hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pressure station and the parameters of the hydraulic components were analyzed and selected the relevant models, and determine the size of well optimized hydraulic cylinder, on the basis of this design Hydraulic circuit, synchronous lifting machine to achieve the function to meet the needs of the site conditions to achieve safe, fast loading and unloading of the purpose.
