摘要
射流偏转板伺服阀前置级油液高速流动时,油液中的颗粒物会对伺服阀前置级产生冲蚀磨损导致伺服阀的性能下降。采用数值仿真的方法对冲蚀磨损前后射流偏转板伺服阀前置级流场进行计算,通过曲线拟合得到两接收孔压差与偏转板位移的关系;将其与射流偏转板伺服阀的AMESim模型结合分析冲蚀磨损前后伺服阀位移及空载流量的变化。结果表明:冲蚀磨损导致射流偏转板伺服阀前置级两接收孔压差减小;在相同的输入条件下射流偏转板伺服阀阀芯位移减小,空载流量降低。
When the oil flows at high speed in the pre-stage of jet deflector servo valve, the particles in the oil will erode the pre-stage of servo valve and cause the servo valve performance to decrease. The numerical simulation method is used to calculate the pre-stage flow field of the jet deflection servo valve that before and after the erosion wear. The relationship between the pressure difference of the two receiving holes and the displacement of the deflector is obtained by curve fitting. The relationship is compared with the AMESim model of the jet deflector servo valve. The change of displacement of spool and unload flow of the servo valve before and after erosion wear is analyzed. The results show that the erosion wear leads to the pressure difference of the receiving hole of pre-stage of jet deflector servo valve is reduced;the spool displacement of the jet deflection plate servo valve decreases and the unload flow rate is reduced under the same input condition.
