2010年开始,为了保证设备运行更安全,提高企业生产效率,国内大部分石化行业开始对本企业内的高危泵进行改造,国内各大机械密封企业大量研发,提供适合高危泵改造用机械密封和辅助系统。高危泵改造后大大提高了设备运行的安全系数,但是与此同时,也暴露出一些机械密封存在的不足,其中机械密封石墨端面疱疤问题就是影响机械密封性能的问题之一。
