摘要
珠峰大本营为游客和登山者提供了一套综合性的服务,并在提供这些服务的过程中形成了行政与市场相结合的收益共享机制,推进了当地整体发展;但是,受金融资本门槛和牦牛数量的制约,贫困群体较难参与到旅游之中。因此,需要优化珠峰大本营旅游收益共享机制,推进扶贫资本参与到帐篷租赁、牦牛托运、班车司机培训之中,并完善新建旅游服务设施与珠峰大本营的功能分工和利益关系。
verest base camp provides an integrated service for tourists and climbers. It also formed a rev-enue sharing mechanism on the basis of both administration and market, and such mechanism promotedlocal development in general. However, it is difficult for underprivileged to participate in the expedition due to financial capital threshold and lack of yaks. Therefore, it is essential to conduct optimal adjust-ment for the revenue sharing mechanism. Investing of poverty alleviation capital in the service of basecamp is essential,and such investment shall promote tent rental, yak consignment, and driver training. Im-prove and install tourism services facilities, adjust labor division and interest relationship.
