摘要
综述了木豆生理生态学特性、栽培生理研究进展以及当前栽培中存在问题与丰产栽培技术研究情况,提出未来研究方向应集中于木豆具体活性成分的提取、分离纯化及药用功效的验证,此外,依托新的生物技术对木豆进行导入外源DNA也是新的研究方向。
The paper reviews physiological and ecological characteristics, research progress of cultivation and physiology, problems in present cultivation, and research situation on high-yield cultivation of Cajanus cajan （L.） Millsp., and points out the future research direction should be focused on the active constituents extraction, separation, purification, and validation of medicinal effect. Also, the paper indicates introducing exogenous DNA to C. cajan （L.） Millsp. by using new biotechnology will be a new research direction in future.
