从本虚论治胃癌前病变经验浅析

Analysis on the experience of treating precancerous lesions of gastric cancer from the deficiency of the present

胃癌前病变,病位在胃,和肝脾相关,病理变化多为本虚标实,本虚主要是脾胃气虚和胃阴亏虚,标实多是痰凝、血瘀。病因多和现代饮食及生活习惯相关。治疗上多以补虚去实为大法,但更注重于补虚,以期达到养正则积自除,脾胃气虚多用香砂六君子汤加减,胃阴不足多用麦门冬汤加减。治疗本病时,病证结合,并借用现代医学手段,从整体出发着重调整人体状态是关键。

Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,located in the stomach and related to liver and spleen, has pathological changes as asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality, which deficiency of spleen qi deficiency and stomach yin deficiency in origin and phlegm, blood stasis in superficiality. The pathogeny generally considers about the modern diet and eating habits. The treatment is based on reinforcing deficiency and eliminating excess as the main therapy,but pay more attention to the deficiency, which aim to strengthen the body, by using six gentlemen decoction in the spleen and stomach qi deficiency,Radicx Ophiopogonis decoction in yin deficiency. The author thinks that the combination of disease and syndrome, by means of modern medicine, emphasizes the adjustment from the overall state of human body is the key.
