拔戳揉捻法改善肱骨外上髁炎VAS疼痛评分的临床观察

Clinical observation of the message of Bachuo Rounian improving the VAS pain score of external humeral epicondylitis

[目的]观察拔戳揉捻法改善肱骨外上髁炎患者肘部疼痛的临床效果。[方法]选取门诊肱骨外上髁炎患者70例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用拔戳揉捻法治疗,对照组采用外用扶他林加护肘治疗,连续治疗2周,隔日1次,比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分改善情况。[结果]治疗后两组在肘部疼痛VAS评分和伸肌腱牵拉试验(Mills试验)疼痛VAS评分方面较治疗前差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组疼痛改善率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1个月随访时,治疗组整体改善率接近于优。[结论]两种方法均能改善肱骨外上髁炎患者疼痛程度,拔戳揉捻手法缓解疼痛作用优于外用扶他林加护肘治疗;拔戳揉捻手法在缓解肱骨外上髁炎患者肘部疼痛方面安全、有效、稳定。

[Objective] To observe the massage of Bachuo Rounian workson the external humeral epicondylitis ofelbow paining clinical effects. [Methods] The study selects 70 cases of external humeral epicondylitis, randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The former used the massage of Bachuo Rounian and the later applied topical votalin in the treatment with the elbow protection. The treatment is 2 weeks in a row, once every other day. After the treatment, it was compared the two group ’ s pain score. [Results] Compared with before treatment, both groups are significantly different at the elbow pain VAS score and the Mills test VAS pain score （ P〈0.01）. What’s more, the treatment group is better than the control group （ P〈0.01）. In terms of pain improvement rate, the result is also the treatment one better than the control one, and the difference was significant （ P〈0.05）. Aften one month follow-up, overall improvement rates of the pain close to excellent in the treatment group. [Conclusion] Both methods can relieve the patients of external humeral epicondylitis of elbow pain, and the former’s methods better than the latter s It is safe and effective and stablein reducing elbow pain applying the massage of Bachuo Rounianfor treating external humeral epicondylitis.
