摘要
[目的]探讨思维导图教学法在护生对肝癌病人术后并发症观察护理中的应用效果。[方法]选择2015年7月—2016年5月在我科实习的60名护生为研究对象,分为10组进行轮转,对每轮转组编号,单号为对照组,双号为观察组,对照组采用常规教学方法,观察组采用思维导图教学方法,实习结束后采用评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)对两组护生评判性思维能力进行测评,并对两组护生理论及操作进行考核。[结果]观察组护生在寻求真相、系统化、评判思维的自信心及求知欲4个维度得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;观察组护生理论、操作考核、病例讨论分析成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。[结论]采用思维导图教学法对护生进行临床带教可激发学生的学习兴趣,提高护生的评判性思维能力,提升护生的综合素质。
Objective:To explore the effect of mind map teaching method among nursing students in the nursing care of postoperative complications in liver cancer patients.Methods:From July 2015 to May 2016,a total of 60 nursing students in our department was selected as the study subjects and were divided into 10 groups for rotation.For each round group,the single number was the control group and the double group was the observation group.The control group received routing teaching method and the observation group received mind mapping teaching method.After the internship,the Chinese version of Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory(CTDICV)was used to assess the nursing students' critical thinking ability and their ability of theory and operation.Results:The scores of observation group in 4dimensions of seeking truth,systematic,self-confidence of critical thinking and thirst for knowledge were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant.The scores of theory and operation in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The mind map teaching method could promote the interest of learning,improve the critical thinking ability,and improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students.
