摘要
论述了基于西门子S7-200 PLC控制伺服电机实现高精度灌装定量的方法。PLC中的高速计数器HSC0在第12工作模式中对控制伺服电机的脉冲输出口Q0.0进行高速计数,实现灌装定量的功能。该灌装定量方法具有精度高,稳定性好等优点。
