摘要 高校学生组织种类繁多、数量庞大、学生覆盖率极高,是学生大学生活的重要组成部分。在学生组织实际运转过程中,存在着程度不一的激励问题。笔者通过文献分析、问卷调查和人物访谈发现,院学生会同时存在高参与度和高懈怠念头。以强烈的情感纽带维系、保证组织成员的高参与度是院学生会的成功经验,也是所有学生组织提高成员活动参与度的必然选择。文章认为,将部门人数控制在20人以内有利于部门内部成员的交流协作,促进成员间的情感联系。除此之外,还可以通过加强内部双向沟通,定期组织培训,树立共同愿景等方法激励组织成员。 College students have a wide range of students, a large number of students, and high coverage of students. It is an important part of college students' life. In the actual operation of student organizations, there are different levels of incentives. The author through the literature analysis, questionnaires and interviews found that college students will also have high participation and high slackness. To maintain a strong emotional ties to ensure that the high participation of members of the organization is the successful experience of students, but also all student organizations to improve the participation of members of the inevitable choice. This paper argues that the control of the number of departments within 20 people is conducive to the exchange of internal members of the collaboration, to promote emotional relations between members. In addition, you can also strengthen the internal two-way communication, regular training, establish a common vision and other methods to encourage members of the organization.
