在当前就业形势冲击下,应用型本科院校在转型发展的探索与实践中举步维艰,由于传统办学观念的桎梏,培育出的现有毕业生能力与就业岗位需求之间不匹配。文章通过对应用型本科院校现有办学弊端的拷问,从办学定位、培养模式、教材建设、师资队伍4个方面进行分析,并提出差异化办学、革新培养模式、探析教材和组建多元化师资队伍等突围策略。

Under the impact of the current employment situation, the application -oriented colleges and universities are struggling in the exploration and practice of the transformation and development. Due to the shackles of the traditional educational concept, the existing graduates鸳 ability and job demand do not match.
