摘要
低碳化和智慧化是未来城市发展的两大趋势,探索和推进城市发展更低碳、更智慧、更清洁、更便捷是时代命题。城市政府、社区管理者以及城市居民应在全面评估区域碳排放总量、结构、特征及趋势的基础之上,在推进城市低碳发展的同时,加强智慧城市建设,着力于"互联网+"和物联网技术、大数据技术和云计算技术的研发和应用,实现低碳城市和智慧城市交互发展。
Low-carbon and smartness are two trends in the development of future city. Developing less carbon-emission, more in- telligent,cleaner,and more convenient cities is current epoch topic. The city government,administrators of community as well as the citizens in this city should comprehensively assess the total discharge amount,structure,characteristics and trends of the regional car-bon emissions. While promoting the development of low-carbon city, it should strengthen the construction of development of smart city, put forth effort in the research and development of “ Internet + ” and the Internet of Things,data technique as well as cloud computing technology to realize the interactive development of low carbon city and smart city.
