企业社会责任、技术创新投入与企业绩效的研究——基于我国创业板上市企业的实证分析

Research on Corporate Social Responsibility,Technology Innovation Investment and Corporate Performance——Empirical Analysis Based on the Listed Companies on the Growth Enterprise Market in China

以2013—2015年我国创业板上市企业的数据为研究样本,并采用面板数据模型进行回归分析。实证研究了企业社会责任、技术创新投入与企业绩效之间的关系,并考察了企业社会责任和技术创新投入对企业绩效的协同影响效应。通过研究发现:企业社会责任水平与企业绩效显著正相关,技术创新投入与企业绩效显著负相关,且技术创新投入和社会责任的交互作用对企业绩效具有积极影响。

In this study, the research is based on the data of Chinese GEM listed companies from 2013 to 2015, and analyzed by adopting the panel data regression model. This paper carries out empirical analysis to study the relationships between corporate social responsibility, technology innovation investment and corporate performance, and examines the interaction effect of corporate social re-sponsibility and technological innovation investment on the corporate performance. Through the research,we find that： the level of cor-porate social responsibility is positively related to the corporate performance, the technological innovation investment is negatively relat-ed to the corporate performance. What’s more,the interaction effect between technological innovation investment and social responsibil-ity has a positive effect on corporate performance.
