南京市装配式建筑发展现状与对策

Current Situation & Countermeasures to Prefabricated Building in Nanjing

装配式建筑是用预制部品部件在工地装配而成的建筑,是以建筑设计标准化、部品构配件生产工厂化、现场施工装配化、主体结构装修一体化和管理过程信息化为主要特征的生产方式。发展装配式建筑是建造方式的重大变革。中央城市工作会议和2016年政府工作报告提出发展装配式建筑的任务。分析南京市装配式建筑发展的现状和存在的问题,结合南京实际状况,有针对性地提出对策建议。

Prefabricated building is a building which is made of prefabricated parts in the construction of the site. It is the production mode which is standardized by the architectural design, the production of the parts and components, the assembly of the site construction, the integration of the main structure and the information of the management process. The development of prefabricated buildings is a major change in the way of construction. The Central City Work Conference and the 2016 Government Work Report have put forward the task of developing prefabricated building. The current situation and existing problems of the development of prefabricated buildings in Nanjing are analyzed, and some countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the actual situation of Nanjing are proposed.
