摘要
整体顶升更换桥梁支座常常因为顶升同步性难以控制而损坏铰缝结构。为解决这一问题,提出一种局部无损顶升更换桥梁支座的新方法。该方法基于PLC顶升控制系统,结合"顶升实测高度"和"主梁相对位移"双项位移监控,在空心板梁桥中选取部分主梁进行顶升,通过合理的顶升模式设置,在满足顶升高度要求的同时,保证铰缝结构的安全性。通过试验研究发现,顶升目标区域尽可能小,避免桥梁横向刚度对顶升线形的影响,顶升高度较大时应分多级顶升。
The integral jacking-up method often damages the hinged joint when replacing the bridge bearings, because its synchronization is difficult to control. In order to solve this problem, this paper presented a local non-destructive jacking-up method to replace the bridge bearing. The method is based on the PLC jacking-up control system, combined with the double displacement monitoring method with jacking measured height and the relative displacement of the main beam, selected part of the main beam to jack up. With a reasonable jacking mode setting, this method can fulfill the requirements of jacking-up height, and it can ensure the safety of the hinged joint. According to the results of the experimental study, the target area should be as small as possible to avoid the impact of the lateral stiffness, and when the target height is large, it should carry out multi-level operation.
