By discussing the meaning of college archives culture and the main construction mode at present, under the guidance of collaborative innovation concept, the paper explores the effective ways of college archives cultvire construction. It can be achieved by strengthening the collaborative innovation of college archives departments together with teaching, propaganda organizations, college students within school, as well as other colleges and universities, cultural departments, training institutions outside of school, carrying out omni-directional, deeper and more areas of cooperation.
