针灸推拿联合穴位注射对脑外伤瘫痪患者的效果

Effects of acupuncture and massage combined with points injection on craniocerebral injury paralysis patients

目的分析针灸推拿联合穴位注射疗法改善颅脑外伤瘫痪患者的神经功能及运动功能的效果。方法采用随机平行对照法将我院2014-11—2015-12收治的117例颅脑外伤瘫痪患者进行分组,对照组58例给予西医常规治疗,观察组59例在对照组的基础上给予针灸推拿联合穴位注射治疗,观察2组治疗后的临床疗效、神经功能、运动功能及语言功能的改善效果。结果观察组总有效率98.31%高于对照组87.93%(P<0.05);观察组降低NIHSS评分、提高FMA评分及失语评分效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西医治疗的的基础上,联合应用针灸推拿及穴位注射,通过改善脑部血液循环,提高脑细胞活力,促进脑组织的修复,从而改善颅脑外伤偏瘫患者的神经功能、运动功能及语言功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effects of acupuncture and massage combined with points injection on improving the neurological function and movement function in craniocerebral injury paralysis patients.Methods Based on the randomized parallel methods,117 cases of craniocerebral injury paralysis patients admitted and treated in our hospital during November 2014 and December 2015 were divided into contrast group and observation group.The 58 patients in the contrast group were given conventional western medicine treatment,while the 59 patients in the observation group were given acupuncture and massage combined with points injection treatment on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.The improvement effects of clinical curative effects,movement function,language function as well as the daily life ability were observed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group（98.31%）was higher than the contrast group（87.93%,P〈0.05）.The effects of decreasing NIHSS scores,increasing FMA scores and aphasia scores in the observation group was superior to the contrast group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,acupuncture and massage combined with points injection treatment applying to the craniocerebral injury paralysis patients helps to effectively improve the patients＇ neurological function,movement function and language function through improving the blood circulation of the brain,increasing the brain cell vitality and promoting the repair of brain tissue.Thus,it deserves to be widely promoted in clinic.
