心理康复联合头针、腹针治疗脑卒中后抑郁

Effect Observation of Psychological Rehabilitation with Cephalic Acupuncture and Bo's abdominal acupuncture therapy in the treatment of Post-stroke Depression

目的探讨心理康复配合头针、腹针治疗卒中后抑郁(PSD)的临床效果。方法将60例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为心理康复组和联合治疗组各30例。2组均予以心理康复治疗,联合治疗组同时给予头针、薄氏腹针治疗,治疗时间为8周。2组均在治疗前和治疗后参照汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评定。结果联合治疗组抑郁症状改善明显优于心理康复组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理康复配合头针、薄氏腹针治疗可明显缓解和消除PSD症状,有助于神经功能恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of the Psychological Rehabilitation with Cephalic Acupuncture and Bo＇s abdominal acupuncture therapy in the treatment of Post-stroke Depression（PSD）.Methods 60 cases of Post-stroke Depression were randomly divided into 30 cases of Psychological Rehabilitation group and 30 cases of combined treatment group.Both groups were given Psychological Rehabilitation.The combined treatment group was given Cephalic Acupuncture and Bo＇s abdominal acupuncture therapy in the meantime.The course of treatment was 8 weeks for both groups.Two groups of patients were assessed by reference to the Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）before and after the treatment.Results The depressive symptoms in the combined treatment group were obviously better than the ones in the Psychological Rehabilitation group.The differences have statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Psychological Rehabilitation therapy cooperated with Cephalic Acupuncture and Bo＇s abdominal acupuncture therapy can obviously alleviate or eliminate Post-stroke Depression symptoms.Helps restore nerve function.
