摘要
针对目前热轧横切线中圆盘剪的切边量选取不合理现状,以废边为研究对象,将剪切力中的废边弯曲力作为负载,分析计算了其弯曲应力和扭转剪切应力,揭示了废边不发生弯曲变形和扭转变形所存在的最小废边宽度的限制条件,为合理确定圆盘剪的切边量提供了理论依据。
In view of the problem of unreasonable seam width of hot rolling crosscutting line, the seam width was selected as study object, and based on slitter edges, bending forces as a loaded, the bending and turning stresses during cutting were analyzed and calculated. The limited condition of minimum cutting seam width was put forward which was stated for none bending, non turning of the cutting. It also provides the theory basis for suitable determining the seam width of the trimmer.
