摘要
针对微合金钢中厚板边部易出现边直裂缺陷的问题,采用宏观观察、金相分析、扫描电镜观察等方法对中厚板边直裂缺陷进行了分析,认为其是由于轧钢过程中角部和边部展宽折叠到大面所造成的。通过改变加热制度、空冷制度及轧制工艺等,改善了中厚板边直裂问题,减小了裁边量。
Aimed at the edge straight crack of medium heavy plat, the causes were analyzed by optical and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that this crack was caused by slab corner folding in the broaden-rolling process. By adjusting furnace heating scheme, air-cooling systems and rolling process, this edge straight crack was effectively controlled.
