摘要
目的探讨中职护生自我价值感、心理健康状况及其关系,为开展有效的心理健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法采用青少年自我价值感量表(SWS)及中学生心理健康量表(MMHI),对某医学高专中职部213名护理专业学生进行调查。结果研究中的中职护生的自我价值感偏低,以女生为例,在T(t=-5.182)、SI2(t=-6.713)、SI3(t=-4.722)、SS1(t=-8.242)、SS3(t=-5.425)、SS4(t=-7.449)上得分均显著低于高二常模值;在GS(t=10.666)、SI1(t=21.021)、SI4(t=3.758)、SI5(t=5.532)、SS5(t=15.644)上得分显著高于高二常模值(P<0.01);研究中的中职护生心理健康状况较差;自我价值感各维度与心理健康大部分因子呈负相关;以心理健康总均分为因变量,自我价值感总分、一般自我价值感、特殊自我价值感作为自变量,进行了逐步回归分析,SS2、GS进入了回归模型,说明自我价值感对心理健康有显著的预测作用,SS2能独立预测心理健康17.4%的变异,SS2和GS共同预测心理健康21.8%的变异。结论研究的中职护生自我价值感偏低,自我价值感与心理健康呈负相关,提示通过提高自我价值感,提升心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the correlation between self-worth and psychological health status of nursing students in a secondary vocational school, so as to provide the evidence for efficient psychological health education. Methods By using Adolescent Self-worth Scale(SWS) and Middle School Students' Mental Health Scale(MMHI), 213 nursing students were investigated in a secondary vocational department of a medical college. Results Firstly, the sec-ondary vocational nursing students had a low self-worth. The scores of T(t =-5.182), SI2(t =-6.713), SI3(t =-4.722), SS1(t =-8.242), SS3(t =-5.425), and SS4(t =-7.449) of the secondary vocational nursing students were significantly lower than those of the norm values of the second grade students of senior high school. The scores of GS( t =10.666), SI1(t=21.021), SI4(t =3.758), SI5(t =5.532), and SS5(t =15.644) were significantly higher than those of the norm values of the second grade students of senior high school( P〈0.01). Secondly, the psychological health status of the secondary vocational nursing students was poor. Thirdly, all dimensions of self-worth had a negative correlation with the most psychological health factors, which showed that there was a close relationship between self-worth and psychological health. After using the mental health average as a dependent variable, and the self-worth scores, the general selfworth, and special self-worth as independent variables for the stepwise regression analysis, SS2 and GS entered the re-gression model, which showed that the self-worth had a significant predictive effect on psychological health, and SS2 could independently predict 17.4% variation of mental health, and SS2 and GS could predict 21.8% of variation of psychological health. Conclusion The nursing students in secondary vocational school have low self-worth, and show a negative correlation between self-worth and psychological health level, which prompts they can promote the level of psychological health by improving self-worth.
