Optimizing curriculum settings for training internationalized nursing talents with TCM features

通过分析我国护理专业国际化课程设置的现状,进一步优化课程设置思路,突出中医特色与国际化的课程设置、加强国际人文课程设置、开设英语网络平台课程、注重与国际接轨的整体护理,以及由基础课程、专业技能课程、综合素质课程组成的模块教学课程体系,使得高等中医药院校护理学院的国际化护理人才培养能够充分发挥中医特色,以适应国际化高素质护理人才的需求。

The thinking train of curriculum settings is further optimized through analyzing the present situation of internalized course settings in nursing specialty in our country. TCM features and internationalization are highlighted in curriculum settings, international humanistic curriculum settings are strengthened, English network platform courses are offered and holistic nursing idea geared to international standard is stressed. The module teaching system is established, which consists of basic courses, courses of professional skills and courses of comprehensive quality. Based on these curriculum settings, the cultivation of international nursing personnel will have TCM features in order to adapt to demands for internationalized nursing personnel with high quality in the schools of nursing in higher TCM colleges and universities.
