广东省潮州卫生学校在创建国家中职教育改革发展示范学校中,致力于加强中医康复保健专业建设,主动将该专业的人才培养方向由培养中医医疗人才调整到中医康复保健技术人才上,通过实施"中医中药特色,技术技能为重"的人才培养模式改革及其课程体系改革、打造"双师型"教学团队、构建校院企合作的长效运行机制,推动了该专业对潮汕地区中医药传统文化的传承和办学质量、效益、特色的协调发展。
The construction of the specialty of TCM rehabilitation and heahh care is greatly improved in Chaozhou Health School during establishing the demonstration school of reform and development of national secondary vocation education, and the orientation of talent cultivation has been adjusted from TCM talent training to training talents of TCM rehabilitation and health care. With personnel training mode characterizing Chinese medicine and focusing on technical skills, as well as reformation of curriculum system, a teaching team where everyone plays both the role of teacher and technician is highly built, fostering a sustained cooperative mechanism around school, hospital and company. This has promoted the traditional cultural inheritance of Chinese medicine in Chaoshan area, and coordinated development around quality, efficiency and characteristics of running a school.
