Survey on immune responses to measles among healthy individuals in Taizhou during 2013-2015

摘要 目的了解泰州市各年龄组人群麻疹免疫水平,结合麻疹发病情况,探索泰州市麻疹预防控制措施。方法 2013-2015年在泰州市高港区不同乡镇共采集1 209例对象血清样本,采用酶联免疫吸附法对监测人群进行麻疹抗体测定并对检测结果进行分析。结果2013-2015年麻疹抗体阳性率为12.38%~95.45%。各年龄组麻疹抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义,1.5~岁组最高(95.45%);0~月龄组最低(12.38%)。麻疹IgG抗体中位数8~月龄组和1.5~岁组、15~岁组和25~40岁组两个年龄组差异无统计学意义,其他年龄组之间差异均有统计学意义,8~月龄组最高(1 664.43IU/L);0~月龄组最低(29.08IU/L)。麻疹发病率与对应年龄组麻疹免疫水平相关。结论 2013-2015年麻疹免疫水平监测结果显示,8~17月龄及15岁及以上人群麻疹抗体阳性率较低,同时疾病监测显示,15岁及以上年龄组人群发病率较高。因此,为降低人群麻疹发病水平,泰州市需切实提高麻疹疫苗接种率和接种及时率,加强疫情监测和控制,加强重点人群麻疹疫苗的接种。 Objective To understand the overall immune ability to measles among healthy individuals in Taizhou. Methods A total of 1 209 serum samples were collected from healthy residents in villages and towns in Gaogang district of Taizhou from 2013 to 2015, and the antibody was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The positive rate of measles antibody was 12. 38%to 95.45% from 2013 to 2015. The positive rate of measles antibody varied significantly among individuals in different age group with the highest of 95.45% in 1.5-4 years age group and the lowest of 12.38% in 0-7 month age group. The differences of the median measles IgG antibody were statistically significant between individuals in 8 17 month age group and in 1.5-4 years age group, as well as those in 15-24 years age group and 25-40 years age group. The highest of 1 664.43 IU/L was found in 8-17 month age group and the lowest of 29.08 IU/L was found in 0-7 month age group. The incidence of measles was correlated with the immune response in the corresponding age group. Conclusions The positive rates of measles antibody are relatively lower among individu- als aged 8-17 months and 15 years and above, meanwhile, the incidence of measles is relatively higher among residents of 15 years old and above. Therefore, the coverage of measles vaccination and monitoring and control of the disease should be improved and strengthened in order to reduce the incidence of the disease.
