摘要
目的:研究翻白草对受试动物各系统的作用,为全面评定翻白草的安全性影响提供佐证。方法:将翻白草分别给予小鼠、大鼠口服,观察其对动物各系统的影响。记录翻白草对动物的一般药理学作用。结果:供试品给予小鼠后无异常行为,供试品与阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠无协同催眠影响,对其自发活动及协调作用没有影响(P>0.05),对大鼠的心血管系统及呼吸系统也无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论:在规定的水平剂量下,翻白草符合一般药理学规定。
Objective: To study the effects of potentill on all systems of experimental animals to provide experimental evidence for the comprehensive safety evaluation of potentiU. Methods: Mice and rats were given potentill orally to determine the influence on all systems, and the general pharmacological activities of potentill were recorded. Results: The general behavior of mice was normal after the adminisration of potentill, the test samples showed no synergetie hypnotic effect with nembutal at subthreshold dose, and had no in- fluence on the spontaneous activity and body coordination ability of mice ( P 〉 0.05 ). The test samples showed no obvious influence on the cardiovascular system and respiratory system of rats ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Potentill meets the general requirements of pharma- cology at the prescribed dose.
