基于变频恒压节水灌溉系统的设计

摘要 针对干旱地区灌溉存在灌溉系统自动化程度低、水电资源浪费严重、系统整体不可靠、水泵使用寿命低等缺点,利用PID控制和变频调速技术,设计出大田节水灌溉系统解决这些问题。控制流程先使用位式控制作为粗调,再使用变频控制作为细调,从而实现了复杂系统的恒压供水。最后对该系统数学建模,利用Matlab/simulink进行了仿真,结果表明,设计出的复杂恒压供水系统控制响应速度快、超调量小、控制精度高,可满足现代化农业节水灌溉的需求。 Design for the irrigation system in arid region were proposed to counter its low automaticcontrol level, horrible waste of hydropower resources, poor reliability and short life based on PID control and variable frequency speed regulation technology. In this design plan, the bit type control and the frequency control were in turn designed as coarse and fine for realizing constant pressure water supply of complex system. Finally, the reliability of the design was further analyzed and the corresponding mathematical model was established based on Matlab/simulink simulation technology. The results show that the design has some characterization of fast response, small overshoot and high control accuracy, which can meet the demand of modern agricultural water-saving irrigation.
