The conceptual framework for rational allocation of water resources in Karst region

在整体归纳总结喀斯特地区水资源特点及分析水资源开发利用面临问题的基础上,提出喀斯特地区水资源合理配置的概念及理论基础,构建喀斯特地区水资源合理配置总控结构框架,并深入分析喀斯特地区水资源合理配置模式的甄别、喀斯特地区的供水预测、配置方案的模拟与比选等关键科学问题。开展喀斯特地区水资源合理配置研究,对指导喀斯特地区水资源的合理开发、高效利用与生态环境的保护具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。

Based on water resources characteristics and problems of development and utilization of water resources in Karst region, connotation and scientific foundation of rational allocation of water resources in Karst region is proposed. The framework of the overall control structure of water resources allocation in Karst area is constructed.The key scientific issues of water resources allocation including the model of screening and allocation, the prediction of water supply, the simulation and comparison of the allocation scheme in Karst region are analyzed in this paper, It is of great theoretical value and practical significance to carry out rational allocation of water resources in Karst region and to guide the rational development and utilization of water resources and the protection of ecological environment in Karst region.
