姜良铎教授论人参在急诊的应用

Professor JIANG Liangduo's experience of Renshen's application in emergency

人参药用范围广泛,长期以来多作为补益药物使用,而忽视其在急诊急救中的应用。姜良铎教授认为人参自古就被奉为拯危救脱的要药,在急诊临床中更能显示其卓越的临床价值。但在现代人参应用上面临诸多问题,急诊应用人参时要注意古今异同,随证而变,配伍精当三方面。学习姜良铎教授应用人参的经验往往能够使急危重症患者病情缓解,扭转病势,转危为安。

Renshen is widely used as tonic medicine in clinic. However, doctors ignore its application in emergency. Professor JIANG Liangduo proposed Renshen is considered as a first- aid medicine since ancient times, and its excellent clinic value could be showed in emergency. But in modern times, the ap- plication of Renshen faces various of problems, and when using Renshen, we should pay attention to the following three aspects： the similarities and differences between ancient and modern times; variation a- long with different patterns; precise and appropriate compatibility of prescription. To study professor JIANG Liangduo＇ s experience of Renshen application could alleviate acute critical patients, prevent a ca- tastrophe and avert the crisis.
