摘要
目的通过射频识别技术实现手术室人员、物品、设备信息智能化管理。方法选择我院接受手术的200例患者,其中100例作为观察组应用射频识别技术,另100例作为对照组采用常规人工管理方式,如医护人员与患者身份确认书人工核对、术前设备与物品的准备等方面;观察两组术前准备、物品出入库及术后感染情况,比较两组器械错送、设备使用率、手术频率及费用情况,对比两组医护人员与患者的满意度和手术室工作质量。结果观察组术前准备时间、物品出入库错误率及术后感染率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组有效使用率(99%vs 91%)、日手术量(5.38±1.23台vs 3.17±0.74台),手术费用(5482.38±1231.23元vs 7032.49±1536.74元)均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度为96%,医生满意度为94%,护士满意度为97%,手术室工作质量考核评分为92.37±3.13分,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论射频识别有助于实现手术室人员、物品及设备的综合性管理,可提高工作效率,降低医疗事故的发生率及医疗成本。
Objective To explore the intelligent management of personnel, articles and equipment in operation room through radio frequency identification technology. Methods A toltal of 200 patients in our hospital were selected, which 100 patients were used as observation group with radio frequency identification.The other 100 patients were treated as control group with routine manual management method, such as manual check of medical staff and patient's identification, preoperative equipment and articles preparation. Preparation before surgery, goods in and out of warehouse and infection after surgery were observed.The equipment delivery rate, operation frequency and cost, the satisfaction of medical staff and patients, the working quality of operation room were compared. Results The preparation time before surgery, the error rate and the rate of infection after surgery in observation group were lower than those in control group (P〈0.05). The effective utilization rate of the observation group was 99%.The average daily operation quantity was 5.38±1.23, the average cost was 5482.38±1231.23 yuan, and the results were better than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Patients satisfaction of observation group was 96%, the doctor satisfaction was 94%, nursing satisfaction was 97%.Work quality assessment score of operation room were significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Radio frequency identification technology can realize the comprehensive management of goods, equipment and personnel of the operation room. It improves work efficiency, reduces the incidence of medical accidents and cost.
