摘要
通过力学性能试验和组织分析,研究了微合金化元素V、Ti对普通高碳钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,高碳钢中加入V有利于提高材料的强度,在钢中含N的情况下,应严格控制Ti含量,以防止大块TiN夹杂相的出现。
The effects of micro-alloying elements V and Ti on the microstructure and properties of high carbon steel are investigated by mechanical properties test and microstructure analysis.The results show that the addition of V to high carbon steel is beneficial to improving the strength of the steel.In the case of steel containing N,the content of Ti should be strictly controlled to prevent the bulk inclusion of TiN.
