摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜对510L冷弯开裂原因进行系统分析。结果表明,零件开裂部位存在大量的夹杂物和疏松、孔洞缺陷是造成零件成形开裂的主要原因,剪切加工引起的横截面质量差、材料组织不均匀以及心部出现带状组织等现象是引起材料冷弯开裂的诱因。
The causes of cold bending cracking of 510L are systematically analyzed by optical microscope and SEM.The results show that there are a large number of inclusions,loose and voids in the cracked parts,which are the main causes of the cracking.In addition,the poor quality of the cross-section caused by the shearing process,the unevenness of microstructures and banded microstructures in the center can also lead to cold bending cracking.
