介绍了AGC控制基础知识,以马钢2130酸轧冷连轧机为例,选取日立AGC控制中的轧机弹性系数控制(BISRA)、前馈控制(FF)、反馈控制(FB)、史密斯预估控制(Smith)、轧辊偏心控制(REC)、秒流量控制(MASS Flow AGC)、动态变规格(FGC)和控制加速/减速补偿控制(ACC/DEC compensation)进行分析,对日立控制模型的研究有一定参考价值。
Introducing the basic knowledge of AGC control and taking MaSteel 2130 pickling CC rolling for example,Elastic coefficient control(BISRA),Feedforward control(FF),Feedback control(FB),Smith predictive control(Smith),Roll eccentricity control(REC),Second flow control(MASS Flow AGC),Flying gauge control(FGC)and Acceleration/deceleration control compensation(ACC/DEC compensation)in Rolling Mill of Hitachi AGC are analyzed,which can provide some referential value for research of Hitachi control model.
