摘要
南宁万科大厦南楼高大悬臂空腹桁架结构施工采用钢管支撑立柱组合高大支模架,并结合千斤顶卸载的施工方式。钢支撑支顶悬挑大梁、高大支模架支顶楼板、千斤顶同步分级卸载,取代传统的满堂支撑架施工方法。施工过程中通过对大悬臂空腹桁架施工方案设计、施工模拟、施工工艺流程及操作要点等关键技术进行研究,很好地解决了超高大悬臂空腹桁架结构施工中支撑承载力、整体稳定性不高、截面开裂等技术难题。
The super-high large cantilevered vierendeel truss construction in the south block of Nanning Vanke Building applies composite frame of steel tube supports and formwork supports, combined with the jack for unloading construction. The steel support bears cantilevered beam, high support frame bears floor, and jack is used for synchronous grading unloading, to replace the traditional full support of the construction method. During the construction process, the key technologies such as design, construction simulation, construction processing and operation points of the large cantilever fastening truss are studied, which can solve the bearing capacity of the super-high cantilevered vierendeel truss structure, as well as the not-high integral stability and surface cracks.
