摘要
结合南宁万科大厦北楼悬挑结构,根据现场施工存在的支承难题,通过比较4种常用支承体系的优缺点及经济性,确定临时立柱拉梁的主支承体系,配合梁、板钢管脚手架的应用,解决现场施工平台的问题。设计临时立柱及拉梁的截面及配筋,通过MIDAS有限元软件,对方案拟定的施工顺序进行有限元模拟分析,结果表明临时立柱及拉梁受力符合设计要求,能起到良好的支承作用。最后,通过一系列施工操作要点,确保临时立柱拉梁的准确施工,并通过现场反馈,做到计算与实际相统一,有效指导施工。
According to the supporting problems existed in the field construction of the large cantilever structure of north tower in Nanning Vanke Building, by comparing the merits and the economy of four common supporting systems, the main supporting system of the temporary columns and beams is determined. With the aid of fastener-type steel pipe scaffolding of beams and plates, the whole support system is constructed to solve the formwork problem of this project. Finite element software MIDAS is used to simulate the result shows that the and can play a good ensures the accurate onstruction scheme.
