摘要
通过对菏泽丹阳路跨京九铁路大桥平动转体施工技术的介绍,研究了转体施工的球铰构造和布置、转体牵引平面布置、撑脚滑道及砂箱布置、转体梁称重、配重等。对于施工难点的不平衡转体措施和限位设置措施进行了深入探讨,对转体数据进行了详细的统计分析,并对桥梁转体在工法选择、设施设备选用、转体工序过程控制的重点和难点进行了总结。
Through the introduction of rotation construction about the bridge on Danyang road which cross Beijing-Kowloon railway in Heze, this paper researches the spherical hinge structure and arrangement for rotation construction, as well as the plan arrangement of rotation traction, the arrangement of supporting slideway and sand box, rotation beam weighting and counterweight. Meanwhile, the unbalanced rotation measure and restrainer setting are studied deeply, and the data collected from construction are analyzed. Then the construction method choice, equipment choosing, rotation control and so on are summarized.
