摘要
以西安临潼大秦骊宫温泉度假村工程为技术应用实体,甄选合理的混凝土增韧剂、抗裂剂,并从施工及质量控制两方面综合制定增韧抗裂的技术方案。该方案在湿陷性黄土地区素土挤密桩、灰土换填、砂石换填等多种形式的地基处理条件下,在长达336m的不等标高超长基础上应用未留沉降缝,达到了预期的增韧抗裂效果。为湿陷性黄土场地超长混凝土结构工程裂缝控制积累了经验。
Taking a hot spring resort engineering in Lintong, Xi' an for example, by reasonable selection of concrete anti-cracking agent, toughening agent and from two aspects of construction technology and quality control, the toughening and crack resistance technical scheme is formulated. This scheme is used under the condition of foundation treatment of soil compaction pile, lime and sand replacement and other forms in collapsible loess area. For 336m length unequal elevation foundation, this scheme leaves no settlement, which achieves the desired effect of toughening and crack resistance and supplies reference for concrete crack resistance in collapsible loess area.
