关于森林资源管理问题的思考——以四川、云南为例

Consideration on the problems of forest resource management: taking Sichuan and Yunnan as examples

森林资源管理是林业各项工作的出发点和落脚点,且其管理水平直接体现了整个林业工作的管理水平。为充分认清目前破坏森林资源的严峻形势,切实提高保护森林资源的责任感和紧迫感,本文结合2016年全国森林资源管理情况检查工作,就四川和云南森林资源管理中存在的突出问题进行分析,并提出建议,希望对提高森林资源管理水平有所帮助。

Forest resource management is the starting point and the foothold of various forestry work, and its level directly reflects the management level of the whole forestry work. In order to fully recognize the severe situation of destroying forest resources, earnestly improve the sense of responsibility and urgency to protect forest resources, the paper analyzes the outstanding problems of forest resource managemen tin Sichuan and Yunnan in 2016, and puts forward corresponding suggestion for improving the management level of forest resources.
