广东省高职院校文化艺术人才培养分析

Analysis of Cultivating Cultural and Art Talents of Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong Province

广东省文化产业的迅速发展让培养高质量文化艺术人才成为日益紧迫的问题。在政府政策的大力支持下,日益成熟的文化产业急需高技能复合型文化艺术人才支撑产业的发展,但文化艺术类人才目前存在大量缺口。广东省高职院校承担着人才培养的责任,但存在专业设置不合理、师资力量薄弱、跟不上迅速发展的文化产业需求、人才质量达不到企业要求、人才缺乏国际化视野等问题。针对这些问题,文章提出相对应的解决对策。

The rapid development of cultural industry in Guangdong has made it important to cultivate high-quality cultural and artistic talents. Under the strong support of the government policy, the increasingly mature cultural industries need high-skilled compound cultural and artistic talents, but there is a large talent gap. Guangdong vocational colleges bear the responsibility of talent training, but there are many problems to solve, such as unreasonable specialty setup, weak faculty, cultural industry need failing to keep up with speedy development, disqualifying talents for enterprises, and talents＇ lack of international perspective, and so on. Finally, some corresponding measures are put forward.
