高职教师专业化发展的调查研究

A Survey of Professional Development of Higher Vocational Teachers

采用问卷调查的方法,发现高职教师专业化发展中存在高职称、高学历和高职业资格人才比例很低,专业技能进修需求很强烈,教育教学理论知识亟需提高,研究能力严重不足,专业化发展积极性不高和满意度不高等问题,提出提高高职教育地位,建立职业技术师范大学,针对不同类型高职教师的专业化发展采取不同的措施等建议。

The questionnaire survey shows that the problems of higher vocational teachers＇ professional development are： low proportion of high title, highly educated and high professional qualification personnel, strong demand for professional skill training,urgent demand for improving education teaching theory knowledge, serious lack of research capacity, and low motivation and satisfaction of professional development. The paper suggests raising the status of higher vocational education, establishing vocational technology normal university and taking measures according to the different types of higher vocational teachers＇ professional development.
